We explore the essence of verbal and musical expression, through monologue and dialogue, covering philosophies, psychologies and techniques of songwriting — structures, forms, story arc, subject matter, style/genre, the role of repetition, simplicity vs complexity, and critiques (if you wish).

Run through your creative paces with positivity and support, and take home concepts that will facilitate creativity on whatever level you choose. All levels of songwriters are welcome, from beginners to advanced.

Bring an instrument or recordings of your songs, in whatever stages they might be. Bring your favorite writing tools: laptop, pen, pencil, paper.
